About The Role
You'll lead EasyFynd's go-to-market strategy, owning both the onboarding and activation of every segment that makes our marketplace work: hotels, shortlist hosts, property agents, realtors, event centers, and the individuals searching for properties across Africa.
This is a hybrid role. You'll spend your days crafting campaigns, building sales pipelines, and optimizing conversion funnels from your remote workspace. But you'll also be in the field, showing up at hotel walk-ins, sitting across from property managers, closing deals, and understanding firsthand what our users need.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute onboarding strategies for business users (hotels, agents, shortlets, event centers, rental operators) and individual seekers
- Lead direct sales efforts, particularly with hotels and key hospitality partners through field visits and relationship-building
- Design marketing campaigns (email, digital, on-ground) that drive both merchant and user acquisition
- Identify market gaps, test new segments, and refine our go-to-market playbooks
- Measure, optimize, and report on acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- Represent EasyFynd at events, conferences, and trade shows across the region
Who We're Looking For
- You've sold before, whether B2B, B2C, or both. You're comfortable with a spreadsheet and equally comfortable walking into a hotel and closing a deal. You see data and intuition as partners, not competitors. You're resourceful, scrappy, and thrive in early-stage environments where titles matter less than impact.
- You have proven experience in real estate or hospitality, whether you've sold properties, managed hotel operations, run a rental business, or led sales for a platform in either space. You've sold before and know how to close deals.
